i've found a soft peace in my alone time lately

whether it's in the early hours of the morning when the house is completely mine

or late at night, such as this one, when the only light on is the glow of my computer screen

scrolling endlessly through pictures of foggy mountains and humming along to wordless melodies so beautiful they don't even need lyrics

i've been loving all the time i've been spending with friends

at bbq's and festivals and late night drive-in movies 

but i've been yearning for the serenity of alone

when i don't have to smile or laugh or be anything or anyone

just myself

listening to music that makes me feel and looking at pictures that make me dream

theses are my favorite moments

this is my happy
